On top of that, the supplier sent the products in two different colors, which we never requested or agreed upon.
This lack of attention to detail and poor communication has caused significant inconvenience for our business. I strongly urge the supplier to improve their product accuracy and ensure they follow customer instructions more carefully.”

well,you can check what we talked before,I gave you 2 colors option,and you also confirmed about this,what we sent is the one you confimed,We are only responsible for delivering the goods to your agent, but because your agent's freight quote is too high and you are unwilling to pay the freight for return, you want to make up for your losses in this way. I think this is ridiculous and you are not a good partner.The reason for asking for compensation is simply because you could not pay for the shipping cost from China to your country,you are not a good business man
